Once the challenge is available in the app, just tap the "Start The Challenge" button on the main screen of the app.
Selecting the challenge will take you to the home screen to Day 1. To start the first workout, select ‘Start Workout’, and once completed, the app will automatically prompt you to the next day.
You can also access the challenge program by following these steps:
-Tap your profile picture in the top right corner of the app
-Tap "Change Program"
-Tap the 30-Day Spring into Movement Challenge program
-Tap "Choose Program"
This will put you into the challenge program and bring you back to the home screen of the app. Tap your first workout to get started!
